Peace
Greetings to a harried, cold, and stressed public! Visions of peace to all the overly holidayed! We all must take a moment today, take some time for ourselves, what with the crazy shopping crowds, two-mile long checkout lines, bumper-to-bumper fellow trafficers, and maddening family encounters. Bubbly, scented candlelit bath; a thoughtful, reciprocated backrub with the love of your life; a soft blanket, tall mug of hot-cocoa over a chapter or two of a good book…havenstrange.web.office.live. Even ten minutes of meditation or simple reflection, will slow the heart and calm the nerves, uplifting your soul which desparately needs attention. The soul is often the most overlooked, undercared for part of us, and we must bring it into foresight. Start with a mere ten minutes daily, 100 days builds a habit, you can always add more time as needed and allowed. Truthfully, we all have 10 minutes to spare. Breath deeply, focusing on your breath, as thoughts come-and they will, wave them away as you would a fly, and focus back on your breath. You’ll be amazed at how much calmer you are afterward, able to focus on tasks at hand-accomplishing more! !0 minutes daily will even help in weight loss! Tune in daily for tips! Blessed be, as I send you wishes of peace.
