It is looming over our heads, talked about in low tones around the water cooler, (or in the unemployment line wrapped twice around the building!) and never mentioned by way of media.  But just take a look around you…  We ARE in a depression.  Millions have been laid off around the country, major corporations we grew up with are liquidating and bailing for good.  How many of your friends and acquaintances are unemployed?  We are in it for the long haul now, ladies and gentlemen.  Yet why won’t anyone come out and SAY it?  Afraid of wide spread panic?  Riots?  Complete breakdown of the visibly feeble (splintering) social network?  Awww, guys, what, are you going to wait until we are underfed, cold, and weak?  When we cannot do anything about it anymore?  But what can we do now?  The unemployed are looking for jobs, difficult when you are a big fish in a huge pond.  Stop eating?  The price of groceries has increased drastically.  Which will bring some good news…America will no longer hold the title of most obese nation!  Yell at our nations leaders?  Do they really listen?  We need to band together and do something…before it’s too late.
